William Stacey Gillison’s family originally settled in the Delta in 1828. Stacey is a member and former Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Village, AR. Stacey is married to Linda Gillison and has three children William Scott, Jack Bowen, and Catherine Elizabeth. Stacey is a graduate of University of Arkansas with a degree in Agricultural Business.

Upon graduation Stacey established a production farming operation in Chicot County. In 1990 Stacey accepted an offer from Farm Credit Services (one of the largest US Agriculture Lending Organizations) and worked for 5 years as Branch Manager where his responsibilities were loan origination and service for a diverse portfolio including, cattle, timber, poultry, row crop, and catfish operations.

In 1995 he resigned and accepted an offer from Capital Agricultural Property Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential) as a Farm Manager/Broker/Consultant in the Greenville MS office. After ten years of service he resigned and accepted an offer from Agriworld, Inc in 2005 as President/Farm Manager/Principle Broker/Consultant. Since joining Agriworld in 2005 the company has grown by over 158% in total acres managed.

Professional accreditation/license includes an AFM (Accredited Farm Manager) designation with American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraiser www.asfmra.org and a licensed real estate Broker in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
