W. Scott Gillison

William Scott Gillison was raised and currently resides in Lake Village, Arkansas. Scott grew up around farm management, developing a passion for agriculture in the Mississippi Delta.

Scott graduated from Washington School in Greenville, Miss., and began college at the University of Arkansas where he was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He spent his summer breaks working for a local farm irrigation company installing irrigation systems on farms across the Delta.

After three years in Fayetteville, he accepted an apprenticeship at Viticultural Management Inc., in Paso Robles, Calif., assisting in the management of wine-grape vineyards. After a year in California, Scott then enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.

Scott began working at Agriworld in 2016 as a parttime mapping consultant and has been fulltime as a Farm Manager since January of 2019. He acquired his real estate license in Arkansas and is now a current member of ASFMRA, pursuing his AFM accreditation.
